1Introduction

4Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each User may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the ikea88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. 5Deposits & Withdrawals

ikea88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise specified by a current promotion.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. ikea88 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be voided and the funds returned to the source payment method, subject to applicable charges.

6Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on ikea88 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing sports body or, in the case of live events, the result at the time the event concludes. For football markets including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL, regular time plus referee-added stoppage time constitutes the settled period unless the specific market states otherwise.

8Prohibited Conduct

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10Limitation of Liability

11Suspension & Termination

ikea88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users; or (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires such action.

In the event of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), ikea88 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balance without liability.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ikea88 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

12Responsible Gambling
